European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
German textile company DTF will close down its plant in Papenburg-Aschendorf (Lower Saxony) and thus make about 300 people redundant by December 2013.
The measure is due to insolvency. According to reports, it is unlikely that DTF will find an investor to save the plant.
The site in Aschendorf formerly was owned by ADO.
