European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Finnish Cruise operator Kristina Cruises has sold its vessel Kristina Katarina and announced redundancies of its 147 crew. As announced, the restructuring is due to financial difficulties.
Kristina Cruises started restructuring in November 2013 and ceased cruise operations. The company will continue to organise cruise holidays with ships by other owners. The ship Kristina Katarina was sold to an international business group with operations in Miami.
