Description
Aerospace producer Aero Vodochody is to create 300 new jobs at its plant in Odolena Voda in 2014.
This is due to high demand for the company’s products and enduring skill shortages on the labour market.
During 2013, the company recorded profits worth CZK 400 million (EUR 14.50mn USD 19.83mn) on revenues of CZK 4 billion. Due to the skill shortages, Aero Vodochody had to lease employees from other employers in the past. Furthermore, about 300 additional workers were recruited during 2013.
See ERM reports on job creation at the company in 2013, 2012, 2011.
