European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Nokia announced the creation of 150 new jobs to support its R&D activities in Budapest. As announced the company is looking for software development engineers and the expansion plan is backed by the Hungarian government with a HUF 211 million grant in the framework of a job creation agreement. For previous restructuring events see Nokia2012-HU and Nokia2011- HU. The agreement envisages that the company will keep the new jobs for the next five years.
