Description
Spil Games, the Dutch manufacturer of Computer Games, has announced that it will cut 90 jobs (90 to 100 employees) out of 240 jobs in Hilversum over the next few months. According to the sources, this is part of a restructuring that will affect all levels of the organisation as the company will now focus on producing games for mobile phones and tablets devices. The source also reports that the CEO has left the firm, and the restructuring process will be managed by the CFO.
In 2012, Spil Games closed down sales offices in Hamburg, London and Hilversum.
