European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Danish IT-consultancy company KMD announced plans to cut 120 jobs. As reported the cost saving measure is due to a competitive global environment in the sector and falling prices. KMD has 3,000 employees and is one of the biggest firms in the sector in Denmark. For a previous restructuring event see KMD-2013.
