European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Following interventions by the major of Bansko, Furniture Troyan has announced its intention to open a plant for the production of wooden chairs in Bansko. The choice of the location for the plant was predetermined by the availability of a skilled workforce and of raw material for production. The creation of the factory is going to occur in phases, the first of which will be finished by the end of 2014. In the first phase, 70 workers will be employed in the plant with intentions to increase the number to 150 in coming years.
