European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Telecom company INET IT Services, part of Axis Corporate, is to hire 100 new employees in 2015. This business expansion will bring the total workforce at the two headquarters in Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona) and Alcorcón (Madrid) to 600 workers. The company increased its profits by 39% in 2014 compared to the previous year. The company is currently one of the main suppliers of telecom services to the banking industry.
