Description
Furniture manufacturer Meubles du Poitou (MDP) has announced to its works council the closure of the company as of the 3rd June 2015. All 115 employees will be dismissed. The company has been placed in receivership in December 2014 with a six months period to find a buyer. As no bids to take over the business were received, the company will cease its activities and close in June.
