European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
US firm OneSource Virtual will create 289 new jobs in Derry (Northern Ireland) with the opening of a new office. The company specialises in providing online human resource services. It will open its new outsourcing centre in September 2015 where it will service existing US clients as expand into serving new clients based in Europe. The positions to be filled include payroll services, benefits administration and application management services. The company has said that it is looking to recruit technology graduates with three to five years of experience as well as experienced payroll professionals. The company plans to fill all of the jobs by December 2017. OneSource Virtual received £2.9 million (approx €4.1 million ) in support from Invest Northern Ireland towards the new jobs and training.
