European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Sutherland Bulgaria, a multi-lingual customer service hub which is part of global business process provider Sutherland Global Services, plans to create up to 250 new jobs in Burgas by the end of 2015. The company provides technical support and customer service in 16 European languages. Opened in 2008 in Sofia, Sutherland Bulgaria currently employs 150 people in Burgas, and overall about 1,100 in Bulgaria.
