European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
ContiTech Fluid Automotive Kft. and ContiTech Magyarország Kft., subsidiaries of the Continental Group, will expand production capacity at their Makó and Nyíregyháza facilities following an investment of about HUF 5 billion. This was part subsidized by the Hungarian government (HUF 1.05 billion). 216 jobs will be created. The Contitech subsidiaries produce heating and cooling system components and piping for car manufacturers.
