Description
Andritz KMPT, Austrian manufacturer of Krauss-Maffei centrifuges and filters, will cut 50 out of 195 jobs in Vierkirchen. The company is planning to outsource its entire production to Slovakia from February 2016 onwards in order to improve its competitiveness in production. The transfer and outsourcing is expected to be completed by July 2016. The site in Vierkirchen will then be used as a centre of excellence for technology and development.
Andritz KMPT is an Austrian manufacturer of Krauss-Maffei centrifuges, filters, dryers, and process systems based in Graz, Austria. The company was founded in 1928 and currently employees almost 200 staff in its Vierkirchen plant.
