The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Romanian outsourcing company Optima Solutions Services, part of the Romanian Business Group Next Capital, is to open a new centre in Iasi, creating 100 jobs. The new hires will start working in February. Daniel Mereuta, General Manager of Optima Solutions Services, said that the creation of 100 jobs in Iasi is an important step for Optima, but also a welcome opportunity for students and graduates from Iasi.
Founded in 2010, Optima Solutions Services has another centre in Bucharest employing 220 people.
