Description
The US-based online retailer Amazon has announced plans to create up to 3,000 new jobs during 2016 in the Czech Republic. Most jobs, mainly blue-collar positions, will be created at the Dobrovíz logistics and distribution centre near Prague. Some 180 IT specialists will be recruited at the Prague administration centre in April 2016.
Overall, Amazon currently employs about 1,500 people in the Dobrovíz distribution centre and 150 in the Prague administration centre.
