European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Retailer Rimi Lietuva announced plans to further expand in Lithuania and create around 200 new jobs across different regions of the country by the end of 2016. The company plans to open several new stores and introduce some innovative solutions for the clients – a new personalised loyalty program as well as self-checkout machines in its supermarket and hypermarket stores. Currently Rimi Lietuva operates 52 stores with 3,481 employees.
