European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Skladgradnja Ltd., one of Croatia's largest and most successful civil engineering companies, will create 200 new jobs. Skladgradnja Ltd. was chosen by its partner China Road and Bridge Corporation Ltd. (CRB) from Beijing for a highway construction project in Montenegro between Bar and Boljare which will connect the northern and the southern parts of the country after CRB won an open tender. The new roles will be primarily in civil engineering in order to complete the work.
The project is valued at more than € 34.5 million and includes the construction of bridges, tunnels and various highway infrastructure specific facilities. The building starts in one month and will last around 2 years.
