European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The burger restaurant network Five Guys, has announced that it will open its flagship restaurant on the "Champs Elyséees" in Paris by the end of 2016. The 1,500 square metre restaurant will employ 150 people. Over the summer, it will also open another restaurant in Paris, in the area of Bercy, but the number of jobs that will be created in relation to this restaurant is unknown. Five Guys has 1,350 restaurants worldwide (1,300 in the United States) and employs 40,000 people. The group expects to open 40 restaurants over the next two and a half years. A third restaurant has been announced in Paris, near Gare du Nord, by mid 2017.
