The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Brussels Airlines, a Belgian airline, announced its plans to open up a new connection between Mumbai and Brussels. In view of the number of flights and passengers this new connection will introduce, the company announced that approximately 200 new employees are required. Operations on the new service begin in March 2017 but ticket sales begin in September 2016. An additional tenth Airbus 330 airplane will be added to the fleet of the company.
