European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Bucharest-based technology centre/hub ING Software Development Center, a subsidiary of Dutch financial services group ING, is to create 250 IT jobs by the end of 2018. The company currently employs 257 people.
ING Software Development Center was set up in Romania in 2015. This is the only development centre the group owns, where IT engineers develop apps and software solutions for all ING's subsidiaries across the world. The Dutch company will invest 800 million euro in the five next years (2016-2021) for the digital transformation of the group.
ING Services Romania has announced another job creation earlier this year.
