European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Romanian subsidiary of German automotive parts producer Continental plans to create 420 new jobs in Romania by the end of this year. The new jobs will be created at the factory and research and development (R&D) centre in Sibiu, central Romania. The open positions are for both university graduates and secondary education graduates.
Last year the company created 1,000 new jobs at Continental R&D centres in Timisoara, Sibiu, Iasi and Brasov as well as production units across the country (Brasov, Sibiu, Timisoara, Carei and Nadab).
