European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Marks & Spencer, the UK-based multinational retailer of clothing and household and food products has announced that 150 new jobs will be created in their department store in the town of Aberystwyth, South-West Wales. The new store will open to the public on 23 March 2017. As of February 2017, it is unknown when exactly employment at the new store will start. The store is part of a recently developed shopping area and Marks & Spencer has stated that many of the new employees will be recruited locally.
