European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The supermarket chain operator Spar Magyarország has opened a new 3000 square metre Interspar hypermarket in Érd located in a 7000 square metre mall built by the company, aftera HUF 4,1 bn (EUR 13,6 million) investment . Situated near a motorway junction, the new store created 100 new jobs. In conjunction with the building of the mall, Spar Magyarorszag contributed HUF 400 million (EUR 1,3 million) to the reconstruction of the motorway junction and invested a further HUF 250 million (EUR 0,81 million) in the reconstruction of the connecting road system.
