European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
ResQ, a UK-based call centre firm is expanding its business and is creating 250 new positions at its site in Seaham, County Durham. No exact information is available on when these jobs are expected to be filled, however, the recruitment drive has already started and ResQ’s new office building has been officially opened.
ResQ is an outsourced ‘customer contact’ company, which provides inbound and outbound call services on behalf of its clients. The business expansion has been supported by Business Durham, the local economic development company.
