Description
The global e-commerce platform Groupon has announced that it will create 250 jobs at its new shared services centre in Katowice by the end of 2017. In total, about 500 jobs will be created at the site. The centre is expected to be operational in summer 2017 and the company has already started the recruitment process. Groupon is looking for customer service staff and sale specialists with knowledge of foreign languages, especially German and English. The centre will provide services to clients from North America as well as EMEA and APAC regions.
Groupon has been operating in Poland since 2010; currently, the company has a shared services centre in Warszawa employing 700 people.
