European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Finnish airline carrier Finnair is to recruit 350 new employees in Finland during the year. Finnair is now recruiting flight attendants and stewards. The recruitment is due to strong growth and expansion of the company. In addition to the recruitment of 350 new flight attendants and stewards, recruitment of more pilots might be relevant as well, a process that will start in the fall.
Finnair has been expanding for a couple of years and the company has recruited over 1,000 new employees over the past couple of years. The ERM har previously reported on the recruitment of 150 new pilots in November 2016 and 450 new employees in December 2015.
