European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Insurance company Admiral is expanding its workforce by creating 150 new jobs in its operations across South Wales. Roles will be available in sales, claims, renewals and customer services and will be based in Cardiff, Swansea and Newport. The company operates an employee shares scheme which all new employees will join, which gives shares worth upp to GBP 3,600 (€4,100) as well as pays dividends twice a year. Admiral is a major employer in South Wales, employing around 6,000 across its operations. It previously expanded at these three sites in 2015.
