European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 22 August Bob & Berts coffee shop chain announced the plan to create 600 new full time and part time jobs over the next four years. The business expansion will create 30 additional stores in UK (Scotland and Northern Ireland) and Ireland. Twenty out of thirty new stores are planned for Scotland, accounting for about 400 jobs. The business growth is supported by BGF which invests in business in UK and Ireland. BGF in return for its investment takes a minority equity stake in the business.
Bob & Berts currently has 16 coffee shops in Northern Ireland.
