European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The family-run company Fronius, specialising in providing energy solutions for welding, photovoltaics and battery charging, is hiring 30 workers in Pettenbach (Upper Austria) where currently 250 people are employed. The manufacturing area will be expanded by 5,000 square meters by the end of 2019. This step is part of an overall increase of the company's production capacities in the upcoming year, expected to create a total of 300 new jobs across different production sites in Austria.
