Description
The Swedish technology company Saab is planning to recruit up to 800 skilled engineers in 2018. Open jobs are available across the country and in various positions. To meet its recruitment needs, the company cooperates closely with the education sector at all levels, and especially with universities. Beyond new graduates, the company also needs engineers who already have some years of work experience. While most of Saab's employees currently are men with Swedish origins, the company says it values diversity both in terms of origins and gender, and encourages women to apply.
Swedish technology companies are currently experiencing a general lack of qualified engineers.
