Description
The management of the Renault Flins plant announced the recruitment of 400 employees in 2018, including 350 on a permanent employment contract and 50 on a fixed-term contract for at least one year. Employees must join the plant in the coming months. The main hirings concerns production agents, maintenance technicians and manufacturing managers. The automaker thus began its fourth consecutive year of recruitment on this site after 100 hires in 2015 (ERM FS 2015), 250 in 2016 and 300 in 2017. The employees will be mainly recruited within the 1,800 temporary workers currently employed in the plant which employs 2,400 people on permanent employment contract.
