European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
International Automotive Components (IAC), a leading global supplier of automotive components and systems, has officially opened its plant in Prestice for the production of premium door panels. The new location will be the company’s third operation in Prestice and will add 800 jobs more to the 1,300 already employed by IAC in the area.
Luxembourg based automotive interiors supplier IAC invested EUR 32 million into the building of a new plant in Prestice where the company plans to manufacture up to 600,000 door panels each year. IAC Group operates more than 50 manufacturing facilities in 16 countries and employs more than 22,000 people globally.
