European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Ilke Homes has announced that it is to create 150 jobs when it opens its new factory in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. The factory is set to open in March 2018. The home builder will manufacture modular homes off-site and will initially create 100 roles in the manufacturing and supply chain team with the remaining roles being designers, engineers and other professionals. The firm has said that the longer-term plan is to create 800 jobs over the coming two to three years, and it is hoped that the manufacturing team will number 300 after 12 months.
