European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Kitchen manufacturer Omega PLC has announced plans to create 100 new jobs when it opens an extension to its current premises in Thorne. The 7.5 million GBP (EUR 8.57 million) upgrade is expected to be operational by October 2018. The plans for expansion reflect the current strong performance of the business which sells flat-pack kitchens to retailers and housebuilders; the business hopes to double its turnover. There is no information about when the company expects all the jobs to be filled.
