Description
Antell, the Finnish restaurant, cafeteria and bakery Company, has announced that it will shut down its bakery Antell-Leipomot Oy operating in the Oulu region, Finland. After concluded employer-employee negotiations, all the 101 employees working in the bakery will be made redundant by August 2018.
The managing director for Antell says that the bakery has been unprofitable for several years, and that the company in the future will focus on its restaurant and café business in Finland.
The Antell group had some 600 employees in 2017 in the country.
