European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Meelogic, a subsidiary of German IT company Meelogic Consulting, has announced that it will create 150 new jobs at its two units in Poland within the next two years. The company has just launched its second Poland’s branch in the city of Bydgoszcz. In the branch, about 100 jobs are expected to be created. The company is looking for experienced IT engineers.
Meelogic Consulting was founded in 2011 in Berlin, Germany. It develops IT solutions for the automotive, media, transport, energy, telecommunications, logistics and e-commerce sectors. Meelogic Consulting has branches in four German locations (Berlin, Cologne, Neumarkt and Stuttgart) and two Polish (Szczecin and Bydgoszcz) employing over 250 IT specialists.
