Description
The company Satys, specialised in the painting of aircrafts, mainly built by Airbus, has bought the company Prodem, which specialises in the surface treatment of aeronautical parts to the group Bonnans. Prodem is located at Combarieux, near Toulouse. Satys will keep the current 150 employees and expect to increase its workforce the next two years to reach 300 employees for this activity. Satys employs currently 2,500 people, including 1,250 in France, mainly at Toulouse and at Marseille, where it will build a new production site. Satys will also invest to increase the competitiveness of Prodems' production sites.
