The global e-commerce platform Groupon has announced that it will create 100 new jobs at its shared services centre in Katowice. In July 2018, the company has just leased 1,000 m2 of additional office space, reaching a total of 3,300 m2 office space in the city. The company is looking for business analysts and IT specialists with knowledge of foreign languages.
Groupon has been operating in Poland since 2010; currently, the company has shared services centres in Warsaw and Katowice (since April 2017). The centre in Katowice provides services to clients from North America as well as EMEA and APAC regions.
In 2017, the company announced the creation of 250 jobs in its Katowice's site.
