Socomec, an electrical equipment manufacturer, announced the recruitment of 200 employees in 2019, of which 160 in the region of Alsace. The company is looking for engineers, sales representatives, software developers, maintenance technicians and cable and equipment assemblers.
Socomec, founded in 1992, specialises in production of low voltage electrical energy for the industry and service sector, employs 3,200 people worldwide, including 1,200 in Alsace where its headquarter is located. Its turnover reached €505 millions in 2017. Socomec expects a growth of 5% in 2018. In 2011, Socomec announced 300 job creations.
