German electronics retail company MediaMarkt has announced plans to open a new distribution centre at Etten-Leur in 2019. The company has signed an agreement with logistics service provider ID Logistics, which will hire 150 employees to work at the site. The distribution centre is expected to be operational by June 2019. According to a spokesperson for MediaMarkt, improving the company’s efficiency will have a positive impact on the service for costumers. The mayor of the city welcomed the investment and offered help in finding the right staff members.
