European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Dana Incorporated, the US leading supplier of traditional and electrified light-vehicle driveline technologies, is to create 100 new jobs in Vilnius. The company intends to open a new global shared service centre in Vilnius and will offer a variety of finance and accounting positions. The new service centre will provide intercompany support to Dana operations in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland and other European countries.
