European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Ivalua, a leading international provider of e-Procurement and expense management solutions, is accelerating its growth worldwide, particularly in France, and plans to strengthen its teams with more than 100 new employees by the end of the year. The objective is to consolidate the teams and reach a turnover of €500 million by 2025.
Ivalua has 14 sites worldwide, including 3 in France. Since the beginning of 2019, Ivalua has already recruited nearly 40 new employees. In order to support its exponential growth, the group intends to continue this momentum by hiring more than 100 employees on permanent contracts, including 48 new jobs in the Paris region.
