Description
Swedish trailer manufacturer Volvo Trucks plans to dismiss 150 employees at its Tuve factory starting after the summer. The company maintains that the job losses are due to a decrease in the demand trends from the North American and European markets. The production is projected to go down from 30 to 16 trucks per night shift. The dismissals concern temporary employees and employees hired through employment agencies.
