European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Poultry processing company Hydina Slovensko in Lieskovec, near Zvolen, plans to dismiss all 314 employees. The company reported the decision to the local office of the public employment service. According to reports, dismissals are expected to be completed by 1 October 2019. There is no information yet about the causes of the redundancies, but a collective dismissal is planned in another poultry company Podtatranská hydina in Kezmarok.
